Holy cow! The Devil's Pawn by Lilian Harris took me on a fast ride. So fast, that I finished the book on the same day. This is the continuation to The Devil's Deal and boy it picked right up from the cliffhanger and took me to an adventure that had me at the edge of my seat unable to let go until I finished it.

What a wild ride this book has been. Continuing with Dante and Raquel's story just catapulted the plot to new levels.

I love Lilian Harris's writing style. It's easy to read. The storyline flows right on and has you wanting more. The book has grit and substance and the story is progressing so well. The cliffhanger has me panting with anxiety. I'm ready to dive in to book 3 and see what's in store for Enzo and Joelle. I have a suspicion that Enzo will be the end of me.
