This is my first book by this author. I have to say that it took me longer than usual to finish this book. I had not realized that it was a duet and felt a bit let down with the ending. It didn't even feel like a good cliffhanger that left you wanting to read on to the next book. I will not continue with the duet. I'm sad to say that it was just okay.
The good church girl with the sniper bad boy just didn't sit well with me. Their relationship didn't flow and the cliffhanger ending was just aggravating.
The rivalry between Cutter and One Mile was lack luster.
The fake relationship with Cutter and Brea shouldn't have lasted all through the book. Why Brea never told One Mile just didn't make sense after a while.
